Attendee Reservations (Individuals Pay Own) - The Resort understands that individual guests associated with the group will be making their own reservation for suites in the guest suite block by calling the reservation office at 800-582-2228 (in the Continental United States) or 702-796-3322. In order to receive the group rate, the caller must identify their affiliation with the “Cavaliers of the West” group or refer to group code: CAV1001. Room rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out for guests who fail to identify their group affiliation at the time the reservation is made. Hotel will also provide a group link to Meeting Group organizer to distribute to its attendees who prefer to book their room online via the internet A deposit of the first night’s suite revenue plus 13.38% occupancy tax is required with all reservation requests. Cancellation policy for individual reservations is 48 hours prior to the date of arrival. All reservations that are cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the date of arrival will be charged the first night’s room and tax as penalty. The deposit will be forfeited for all no-show reservations.
